Sheikh Subhi Tufayli, the first Secretary General of the Shiite Hezbollah organization in Lebanon, stated that it is not acceptable to stand next to France, Russia, Italy and Israel against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Saying that Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, is striving for the interests and the stability of the Libyan people, Sheikh Tufayli continued that Erdogan is also preserving the interests of his country:
“The interests of his country require the stability of Libya. Turkey will show the presence there through the stability, investment and trade. For this reason, it is not acceptable or correct to say, “We are not with Erdogan, and stand next to France, Russia, Italy and Israel”.
Moreover, Sheikh Tufayli, pointed on the Turkey’s stand against France and Israel’s ambitions in Libya.
‘Zionist plague storm’
Saying that the people’s revolutions in some Arab countries have been reduced with the indirect support of Russia, the USA and Europe, Sheikh Tufayli warned the countries of Maghreb against the “Zionist plague storm” originating from Egypt, Saudi Arabia and UAE administrations.
Emphasizing that Egyptian President Abdulfettah es-Sisi fought in Libya is fueling a civil war, Tufayli added that no one could predict the plans of France, Russia and Italy.
Who is Sheikh Tufayli?
The founder and first General Secretary of the Hezbollah organization in Lebanon, Shia Sheikh Tufayli, escaped a suspected assassination attempt in 1988 by the US and Israel.
Sheikh Tufeyli decided to withdraw from the organization after a controversy over organization’s general elections in 1992.
